Catsyourlove is committed to providing quality products if any time you are not satisfied with our products we are committed to exchange or refund. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
